Ayni Café (Coffee)

Family-owned business founded in 2020 in the municipality of Bruselas, Huila, as part of the educational initiative Mi Chakra Cafetera Yanakuna. This project was designed to train children and young people in coffee production, processing, and commercialization. Our coffee is cultivated at Finca El Diamante, located at 1,600 meters above sea level, under strict environmental, safety, and traceability protocols, following standardized procedures. Our mission is to preserve the cultural heritage of coffee growing.
