The peasant farmers of Asocalm have understood the importance of organization, formalization, and training. On the association’s farm, they grow, process, and package their coffee in their own facility. This high-quality coffee is distributed across several municipalities in the region, where producers harvest 140 tons of top-grade coffee annually.
